      • Seller<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the owner of the Szycie z Pasj\u0105 online store.<\/li>\n
      • Product<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 all goods offered in the store.<\/li>\n
      • Order<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a declaration of will of the Customer leading to the conclusion of a sales agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \u00a7 3. Conditions of Placing Orders<\/h2>\n

        1. Orders can be placed via the website 24 hours a day.<\/li>\n
        2. The condition for placing an order is to provide the required data:\n
            \n
          • Name and surname,<\/li>\n
          • E-mail address,<\/li>\n
          • Delivery address,<\/li>\n
          • Phone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Placing an order is tantamount to accepting these regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00a7 4. Prices and Payment Methods<\/h2>\n

            1. All prices given on the website are gross prices.<\/li>\n
            2. The customer can choose one of the available payment methods:\n
                \n
              • Cash on delivery,<\/li>\n
              • Traditional transfer,<\/li>\n
              • Online transfer via Przelewy24 (including BLIK).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Delivery costs are indicated in the “Delivery costs” tab and during the order finalization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. The order fulfillment time is up to 7 business days<\/strong> from the posting of payment.<\/li>\n

                  • DPD Pickup,<\/li>\n
                  • FedEx<\/li>\n

                    1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days<\/strong> of receiving the order.<\/li>\n
                    2. The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging, accessories.<\/li>\n
                    3. Complaints regarding product defects should be reported to the e-mail address: mich.prasol@gmail.com<\/strong><\/li>\n
                    4. The store will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days.<\/li>\n
