§ 1. General Provisions

  2. These regulations define the rules for using the online store and placing orders.
  3. Every customer placing an order in the online store accepts the provisions of these regulations.

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit placing an order.
  • Seller – the owner of the Szycie z Pasją online store.
  • Product – all goods offered in the store.
  • Order – a declaration of will of the Customer leading to the conclusion of a sales agreement.

§ 3. Conditions of Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the website 24 hours a day.
  2. The condition for placing an order is to provide the required data:
    • Name and surname,
    • E-mail address,
    • Delivery address,
    • Phone number.
  3. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting these regulations.

§ 4. Prices and Payment Methods

  1. All prices given on the website are gross prices.
  2. The customer can choose one of the available payment methods:
    • Cash on delivery,
    • Traditional transfer,
    • Online transfer via Przelewy24 (including BLIK).
  3. Delivery costs are indicated in the “Delivery costs” tab and during the order finalization.

§ 5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  1. The order fulfillment time is up to 7 business days from the posting of payment.
  2. Products are delivered via:
    • InPost parcel lockers,
    • DPD Pickup,
    • FedEx
    • ORLEN Paczka.
  3. Personal collection is possible at the following address:

§ 6. Returns and Complaints

  1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving the order.
  2. The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging, accessories.
  3. Complaints regarding product defects should be reported to the e-mail address: mich.prasol@gmail.com
  4. The store will consider the complaint within 14 working days..

§ 7. Personal Data Protection

  1. The personal data of customers are processed in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data.

§ 8. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act apply.
